DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING

OF PERSONAL DATA

Abdurrahman KARAMANLIOĞLU Turizm Otelcilik A.Ş.(Company) “RAMADA ANKARA HOTEL” pays

maximum attention regarding the security of your personal data. With this in mind,

we are attaching great importance to processing, recording, transferring, sharing,

and storing your personal data of all kinds which you, as the beneficiaries of our

products and services, have disclosed to us while using our Company’s website or

otherwise in accordance with the Law 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data

(“KVK Law”).

Protection of personal data is among our Company’s core policies. It is a priority for

our Company to ensure the confidentiality of personal data, which it has adopted as

a business principle, and instructed its employees to adhere to this principle in their

work. Our Company agrees and undertakes to discharge all obligations arising from

KVK Law 6698. Being fully aware of this obligation and as the Data Controller, we

process, record, transfer, share, and store your personal data within the limits

established in accordance with laws and regulations as explained in the following

paragraphs.

1- Processing of Personal Data:

Our company gathers and processes your personal data in verbal, printed, or

electronic form through automatic or non-automatic methods, offices, branches,

dealers, call centers, websites, social media, mobile applications, and similar means

in connection with operations as defined in the “Main Agreement” and under the

regulations of the Tourism and Revenue Administration and other competent

agencies as well as agreements that we have concluded. Your personal data will be

used for offering services related to our company’s operations and to enhance their

quality; carrying out our company’s sales, marketing, and other operations; and

meeting data storage, reporting, and informational requirements. In addition, your

personal data may be used as part of processes such as CRM (Customer Relations

Management) to be undertaken in connection with sales and marketing operations

and for enhancing the quality of services that we are offering to you.

In addition, your personal data may be processed when you:

a. use our call center or website;

b. visit our company, our website or social media channels/sites;

c. attend a training, workshop, or event organized by our company in order to

use our Company’s services. Your personal data obtained based on your

consent or in order to comply with other compliance requirements set forth

in the laws of the Republic of Turkey may be processed by our Company

and affiliated companies as well as other natural persons and/or legal

entities specified in section 3 below in order to:

a- enable our business units to take actions needed for making it possible for

you to benefit from products and services offered by our Company;

b- customize products and services offered by our Company based on your

taste, habits, and needs before offering them to you;

c- ensure legal and commercial security of our Company and its business

partners (administrative operations conducted by our Company for

communication; ensuring the physical security and control of locations

owned by the Company; business partner/customer/supplier (managers or

employees), legal adaptation process, financial affairs, etc.);

d- send notices related to memberships (renewal, expiry, etc.) in the websites

of our Company and its affiliated companies through a loyalty card issued

and/or to be issued by our Company and its affiliated companies and to

inform you about changes, innovations, and similar issues regarding all

kinds of communication with you, new products and services, personal

data policies, and membership conditions;

e- inform you about information that you may request of your Company as

well as events and services;

f- subject to conditions and purposes of processing personal data stipulated

in articles 5 and 6 of our Company if it is expressly stipulated in the

legislation or in order to discharge a legal obligation set forth in the

legislation.

Your personal will neither be used for any purpose except for those specified above

nor be shared with or disclosed to third parties except for public agencies/institutions

as defined in the legislation and legal obligations without your express consent.

Our company may share your personal data only with our subsidiaries and directly

or indirectly affiliated companies and joint ventures in Turkey and abroad or public

agencies and institutions authorized to require such data pursuant to a legal

obligation and companies, suppliers, authorized suppliers/dealers/business partners

in Turkey and abroad under a contract in order to offer value added services and

opportunities to our customers and to enhance service quality provided that sufficient

measures are taken subject to the express consent of customers or in other

situations stipulated in article 5/f.2 of KVKK and other legislation.

2- Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Justification:

Your personal data will be collected in accordance with the provisions of Article 4

of KVK Law in order to offer our Company’s products and services within the legal

framework established in line with the objectives set forth in above sections and to

enable our Company to fully and properly discharge its obligations arising from

agreements and the law. Your personal data collected for this legal reason is

processed, recorded, transferred, shared, and stored for the purposes set forth in

section (1) of this document as part of the requirements and purposes of processing

personal data laid down in articles 5 and 6 of KVK Law.

3- The persons to whom the processed personal data may be

transferred, and its purposes:

Your personal data collected may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers,

competent public agencies and institutions and private persons in order to enable our

business units to take actions in order to ensure that you can benefit from products

and services offered for meeting the objectives set forth in Section (1); to customize

products and services offered by our Company based on your taste, habits, and

needs; to ensure legal and commercial security of our Company and its business

partners (administrative operations conducted by our Company for communication;

ensuring the physical security and control of locations owned by the Company;

business partner/customer/supplier (managers or employees), legal adaptation

process, financial affairs, etc.); to devise and implement our Company’s human

resources policies subject to requirements and objectives related to processing

personal data laid down in articles 8 and 9 of KVK Law.

4- Transfer of Personal Data Abroad:

Our Company is authorized to share personal data with Wyndham Hotel and Resorts

based abroad after obtaining the express consent of the data owner and in line with

other requirements in the law and requirements set forth by the Council for

Protection of Personal Data in KVK Law.

5- Deletion, Destruction, and Anonymization of Your Personal Data:

Your personal data processed for purposes specified in this information note will be

deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by us pursuant to applicable legislation

under Article 7/1 of KVKK when the purpose of processing them has ceased to exist

and upon the expiry of periods set forth in laws under Article 138 of the Turkish

Penal Code.

6- Our Customers’ Rights:

We acknowledge that the data owner is entitled to be enlightened and to give his or

her consent prior to the processing, recording, transfer, sharing, and storage of

his/her personal data and to determine the fate of such data after it has been

processed, recorded, transferred, shared, and stored under KVK Law. In that

context, if you have communicated your requests pertaining to your rights as the

owners of personal data by employing following methods set forth in this

“Enlightening Note on Processing of Personal Data, our Company will process such

request within thirty days free of charge depending on the nature of the request.

1. As per the Communiqué on Procedures and Provisions for Application to Data Controller

issued by the Council for Protection of Personal Data and in respect of your requests

pertaining to your rights as the owners of personal data, you are entitled to get information as

to whether personal data has been processed;

2. To request information about the nature of the processing, should your personal data has

been processed;

3. To know about the purpose of personal data processing, and whether it is being used

appropriately for the purpose,

4. To know about third parties domestically or abroad to whom personal data is being

transferred,

5. To request the correction of personal data if incomplete or incorrectly processed,

6. to request that his or her personal data be deleted or destroyed in accordance with the

requirements set forth in article 7 of the Law;

7. to request that actions taken in accordance with the requirements 5 and 6 above are notified

to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

8. To object to any consequence that goes against itself by means of analyzing the processed

data exclusively through automatic systems,

9. To request the recovery of damages in the event of loss due to the unlawful processing of

personal data.

Our Company prevents your personal data and special personal data from

being processed in breach of the law and prevents unlawful access to such data,

ensures security level required for storing personal data and takes all kinds of

technical and administrative measures, and uses technological capabilities for

ensuring the required security level.
